There are other ways like a very strong solution that is injected to abort the baby.
A lot of people think that there is no "life", but in fact, from the moment the sperm meets the egg, things start to happen, and life grows. There is life and feeling.

There is several ways to call it an abortion even though it is not a choice made by the mother. For example forced abortion (early term loss of baby through natural causes). Some people are not educated on this and accuse hospitals of performing abortions but they are thinking of the wrong thing. People need to educate themselves before making such strong accusations.
One more thing, it is even called an abortion if the women naturally loses the child late term.
