a person is sad when things dont happen as expected."if you didnt get what you want,it means the Lord has a better plan for you,so please sit back and relax."

Life is a tough road but if you can stick out the hard times the easier ones will surface and when they do those bad times will seem so far away.

Don't say anything..show it!!Take them out and show them that they are wasting a wonderful moment in their short life by being sad. Show them a great time.

whatever may be the situation u r in tell urself, that u and u alone can handle it the best way.u may have friends,relations, lovers........so on....but ultimately it is u and u alone has to decide and act.so act ..positively....positive thinking changes many worst situations into normal ones..

to get off their pity party, feeling sorry for themselves *** and DO something about the way they feel. If they don't then drag them out to somewhere and do something fun. If that doens't work, leave them be till they decide to come out of it.
