Well it depends.Best according to GNP or Per capita income or developing countries? I would rate India to be the best not only of its democracy but also inspite of different religon it stands united.Unity in diversity.Inspite of terrorists attack and neighbours intrussion it has made great impact. While Greece and Egypt hardly matches the population of India the human resources in india is much more.India is able to compete with the best with other nations in all field.So India is the best among 3.
