Honesty.
It's hard to be honest with others but it's really hard to be honest with yourself.
Knowing and admiting your own faults is the only way that a person can grow.

each one's values differ......u might get answers relating to wat a person should follow rather than wat he will follow.
say for instance honesty, i might term it as straightforwardness while some other may term it rude...
and values are never constant dude- people constantly change their values according to the situation.
