After but preferably on a spot where you did not moisturize. The perfume needs you to be it's best not the moisturizer.

By the way. You don't spray perfume, at least not the real stuff. Oh well, what do I know ;-)

After body moisturiser. but are you talking about body perfume? Beware don't spray just any perfume on your body. Perfumes should be sprayed on clothes.

Perfume should be the absolute finishing touch. Spray before you walk out the door...

Definitely after. Think about it. If you did it before, you would be spreading your lotion on top of your perfume probably giving off a totally different smell because you are mixing it. Lotion first, then a little bit of perfume. Works for me!

Definetely spray it on after. If you spray it on before, the scent will a good amount of its power, as well as be spread thinly along as you moisturize.

After, if you go smearing moisturizer over it, it will break down the scent. Should be the last thing you put on before leaving the house.

After. And if you spray it on the hair that hangs down your neck, you'll smell good for hours. The scent soaks into hair and stays there.
