I have administered hundreds of fleets enemas during my forty years in clinical practice, and I've used them myself. It is a simple procedure. Just follow the directions your physician has given you, or if he/she hasn't, use those found inside the package.

That is usually a last result. Have you tried drinking a cup of black coffee?? Exlax???Correctol???? Senekot??? Enemas do work , but plan on staying at home after you administer one, it will hit you within 15 minutes or less. When I had my children I asked for one to make delivery easier, and yes they really do work.

It's not pleasant. I'd rather increase my dietary fiber and exercise to overcome the constipation.

No but simply increasing your fruit and fibre would have done the trick.

yes make sure you have plenty of toilet paper and complete usage of the toilet . and hang on.lol.
