If you have Office 2003

Microsoft Office Picture Manager
Using Microsoft Office Picture Manager allows you to have a flexible way to manage, edit, and share your pictures. You can view all your pictures no matter where they are stored; the Locate Pictures feature will even help you find them by doing the searching for you. Picture Manager can also automatically perform corrections to your pictures. If you ever need to adjust something more specific, you can choose from several individual picture editing tools. Sharing pictures is more powerful using Picture Manager, which allows you to send pictures in e-mail messages or create a picture library on your corporate intranet (intranet: A network within an organization that uses Internet technologies (such as the HTTP or FTP protocol). By using hyperlinks, you can explore objects, documents, pages, and other destinations on the intranet.).

If your using xp.....find the photo you want to send...which are probably stored in your 'my pictures' file. Go to the actual photo (you can add as many as you like by holding down control and clicking on the photos)...then on the left hand side of the page you should see 'email photos'. Click on that....it should bring up a new window automatically which says 'do you want to reduce the size of your photos or keep them the same' ...ask it to reduce...it will then bring up an email in which it automatically attaches the reduced size files..ready for you to type in the senders name and type an email to whoever you want to send the photos to. They will be sent in an email size format.jpg.

You can also just right click on the photos, and then go to 'email to' and it will do the same thing.

what i would do is go to paint, then go to file and open. go to the picture u want to make smaller. after ur picture pops up then go to image on the top left corner then go to stretch/skew and then a little box will pop up... now look at the stretch part where it says horizontal and vertical. it should say 100% in both of them but the more u decrease that number the smaller the picture will get... like if ur picture is really huge and u want to make it 50% vertical and horizontal, the picture will be 50% smaller!!! hope that helps. if something goes wrong, feel free to ask me questions!!!

You can send them via Yahoo Mail, you need to download something, but its easy, even I managed to do it! If you look on Yahoo mail, theres a bit that says attach photo (or something like that) then you can click and drag your pictures you want to send. Hope that helps

Use Snipshot (online editor)

Or Faststone Photo Resizer (free)

Or Irfanview
- http://www.irfanview.com/

Or Microsoft's Image Resizer Powertoy (adds a right-click option to resize photos)

All these options will give you much greater control and functionality than MSPaint or Windows email resizing tool; plus they are all free.

very virtually each and all of the photograph manipulatoin courses could have this determination. they're in lots of cases called: "resize". (in Photoshop). you are able to desire to resize your pictures the two by applying giving the recent length of the photograph in p.c. as relative to its unique length, or in pixels (it is going to diminish you the image by applying changing the resulution of the photograph, or in different words the variety of pixels) attempt Adobe Photoshop aspects, Adobe Photoshop, Micrografx image writer, or yet another sort of software.
