You actually may be having an allergic reaction to either the tobacco or the nicotine. I'd advise you to stop smoking immediately and even consider seeing a physician. Early on, these reactions can be mild and include flushed skin, itching, wheezing, and tremors. With constant inflammation, the reactions can become more severe and include dizziness, anaphylaxis and even death.

1. Need to know how long have you been smoking?

If you are staying in a cold location mybe you are underdressed. or possiabely you esnophile count could be low. i am not into medicne. Therefore consult a doctor, these question are better answered with a dignosys.

I have been a regular smoker..... and have never experienced anything like this.

STOP SMOKING! It is deterioriating your lungs which is limiting your oxygen flow throughout your internal organs. The shivering and heavy breathing is due to your weakened lung and immune system resulting from smoking!

Stop smoking and start eating healthy and do cardio exercises.

It is a "Certificate of Addiction" bestowed upon you by the body's
immune system, lungs are coated with nicotine, the muscles are
dependant on nicotine tinged blood.

Sorry, no medical help, except total withdrawal of smoking habit.

And you don't see the connection here? You want to take a drug, so that you can continue to smoke?

Your body is telling you something very important... throw those damned cigarettes down the toilet... clean up your life.

Cigarettes are no good for you.
