Chances are she will not have that nest period and if she does it will be very light if she is pg. Most women quit having periods from the time of conception.

Both are possible. I know, because I experienced both. My first pregnancy, I stopped cycling immediately, and my second pregnancy, I bled for 3 months while I was pregnant.
Also, you may find this interesting:
Implantation Bleeding During Pregnancy:
Implantation bleeding can happen at the time the fertilized egg implants in the uterus, on average between 6 to 12 days past ovulation. It is is vaginal discharge which usually contains a small amount of pinkish or brownish blood. Only about 1 in 3 pregnant women experience implantation bleeding.
Approximately one third of all pregnant women report bleeding that is associated with implantation. The presence of implantation bleeding does not increase the overall risk of miscarriage, however. Most pregnancies will continue until term without further bleeding.
Report any abnormal vaginal bleeding during pregnancy to your doctor. Be prepared to give information about the amount of blood lost and a description of how you are feeling overall.
The cells that eventually form the placenta are called trophoblasts. Specialized trophoblasts, the syncitiotroblast, are responsible for developing an interface with the maternal circulatory system to provide nutrients and allow gas (oxygen and carbon dioxide) exchange to occur.
Sometimes, while this interface is developed, some of the maternal blood is lost. This implantation bleeding is typically short in duration and quite light. Implantation bleeding is one of the early signs of pregnancy.

Your last period will be the one BEFORE you conceived.
Before pregnancy begins, a female oocyte (egg) must join, by male spermatozoon in a process referred to in medicine as "fertilisation", or commonly (though perhaps inaccurately) as "conception." In most cases, this occurs through the act of sexual intercourse, in which a man ejaculates inside a woman, thus releasing his sperm. Though pregnancy begins at implantation, it is often convenient to date from the first day of a woman's last menstrual period. This is used to calculate the Estimated Date of Delivery (EDD).
Traditionally (according to Naegele's rule, which is used to calculate the estimated date of delivery, or EDD), a human pregnancy is considered to last approximately 40 weeks (280 days) from the last menstrual period (LMP), or 37 weeks (259 days) from the date of fertilization. However, a pregnancy is considered to have reached term between 37 and 43 weeks from the beginning of the last menstruation. Babies born before the 37 week mark are considered premature, while babies born after the 43 week mark are considered postmature.

it's possible she could have her period after if the egg was fertalized while still in the fellopian tube, or if the sperm stuck around inside her fellopian tubes. if she is pregnant even after that last period, you have some super determined sperm going on and i would advise you be extra careful. seriously. lol.
so yes, she might be pregnant. the only way to know is for her to take a test at home, and/or see a doctor immediately.

She could be pregnant if her bleeding was very minimal...that would be called "implantation bleeding"....but if she had a full period I would say she's not pregnant.
But an at home pregnancy test and a Dr visit would tell you for sure.
People should really pay more attention in health class.

Good question...
Yes, there's a chance she is pregnant. However, she could be "Stressing" over the idea of "maybe" being pregnant and that very well could be the reason why her period is late.

It is very possible, except for late period depending on her circle so ask her if her period has normally 28days or she has been experiencing late period before. If not for delay I am sorry she is.
