Hezbollah are reacting to Israeli incursions in souther Lebanon since 1982.
With the help and influence from Iran and Syria it has become a strong opponent.

Hezbollah only came to prominance through the Israeli invasion in 1982 as freedom fighters.

I am not anti-semitic but if you really look closely at the history the reason there is a Hezbollah is because of Israel.

Bush and the other Presidents in the Queue will not learn about it. Nor most of the Americans learn about it. It is believed that most of the Americans (80% ?) are school dropouts and they do not know about the atrocities committed by Bush and his predecessors. They are just bothered about Government allowances given to them or work for departmental stores and other small type jobs. They finish their money 10 days before the month ends. They are so poor in general knowledge that they
even cannot calculate 2+2+7+9+3, without the help of a calculator. Forget about where continents like Asia and China exist. Under such a circumstances, they have no opinion, whatsoever on any matter of significance for their country. The sex crimes, robbery, snatching are rampant due to this only. The leaders are governing their country, because of these people only- most of whom are illiterates. The citizens are worst knowledgable than even countries and citizens of India, who are 75% illiterate. The Asians, the Chinese and the Jews of America are the wealthiest nationals in America, who are also not bothered about anything, except for making money.

So the question of Bush or else will never learn from anything. If they did not learn from Vietnam, Afganistan, Libya, Iraq etc., in the past, how can they learn from the present. Possessing Neuclear Weapons in huge numbers does not concern any one now (Iran has spat on its face).

Yes I am afraid it is the same thing.
See USA didn't like the terriorists killing Americans so they went to war to try and stop them. Most Iraqs were not involved but they live were the terriorists live.
Same thing in Lebanon, thats where the terrriorists live who have been doing terriorists attacks against Israel for the last 6 years.
If the terriorists would stop the rest of the world would stop.
They just can't get the concept that if you kill people and blow them up they get mad and come after you.
Should we all just bow to the terriorists and let them kill and cripple and do nothing about it? Look at Africa where they took over and won the war. Did they stop killing? NO
They just got worse. Giving in to them is not an option.

Oil, hassle-free and easy. They KNEW Iraq had no longer something to do with 9/11 and that they wouild not at all be waiting to persuade the yankee human beings as such. So with some 'intel' of WMD's they used that because of the fact the reason to invade Iraq. yet lo and behold none have been got here upon however the U. S. stayed there for an quite, very long term, with over a hundred,000 civilian deaths because of the fact the U. S. invasion. additionally i've got faith Sudam Hussain wasn't enjoying ball with the western international, specially the U. S., so as that they desperate to take him out basically like they did Gudaffi.

Not quite. Israel has no intention of deploying troops in Lebanon on a permanent basis; expects troop pullout when new UNIFIL is in place. But this is only a temporal solution for cessation of hostilities.

The US-UK find it difficult to withdraw its troops in view of the untested new Iraqi government and army's ability to combat insurgents and instil law-&-order. The US is learning from mistakes made.

Imagine what it would be like if the US did not prevent the USSR from building missile bases in Cuba. Lebanon in allowing Hizbollah to build up its muscle must learn that it is in their country's best interest to ensure that no outside force should use its soil to wage war on its neighbour. The current situation is the result of their own folly.

The war in lebanon vs. the iraq /U.S. war.2 different animals my friend. Israel is totally justified in the actions it is taking they have a clear and present danger on their border as well as kidnapped citizens. Israel Will be through in her use of force. The United States due to the current leadership used false claims in an unjustified manner with no clear and present danger to our security to initiate an invasion of an soverign nation that did not ask for us to rid them of their leader, because someone wanted to impress their Daddy and keep the American public from focusing on the fact that he is an idiot and that he needed to make high profits for the people that put him in power.

The War on Terrorism has to be waged. The war against Hezbollah, Syria, and Iran must also be waged. The two are separate but intertwined, and are of utmost importance. In the U.S. we have this strange expectation that things have to be done immediately. We have a short attention span, and have a need for instant gratification. War does not work that way. It takes time to defeat the enemy, and it has to be done as carefully as possible under the circumstances.

Unfortunately for the modern world, the Muslims have been conditioned by their dictatorial regimes to have one thought, the same as the regime. There is no spectrum of opinions in the Muslim world, there is no freedom of expression, freedom of thought, freedom to live life freely (exception is in Turkey).

As for Israel in Lebanon: Let me remind you how this current situation began:

BUT FOR Hezbollah going on Israeli soil, killing 8 and kidnapping 2 soldiers, Israel would not be in Lebanon, waging war to destroy Hezbollah and its stronghold. Israel left Lebanon 6 years ago, and during this time Lebanon allowed Hezbollah (with the support of Syria and Iran) to build large munition with rockets pointing to Israel. That cannot be allowed, period.

Lebanon has been occupied and controlled by Syria for decades. The beautiful Lebanon, the French Riviera of the Middle East was destroyed in the Lebanese civil war in the 60's and 70's. The Christian minority that ruled Lebanon and brought it to its splendor has been overtaken by the vilolent Islamic extremists.

Hezbollah is accepted in parts of Lebanon because the population truly has absolutely no say and no choice in the matter. If you oppose Hezbollah, you die. The Lebanese Prime Minister Harriri was assassinated for opposing the Syrian occupation. The current Lebanese government is helpless.

Israel wants peace and recognition of its existence. The Muslim extremists, including Syria and Iran regimes want Israel wiped off the face of the earth, and have repeatedly said so. Israel has absolutely no interest in claiming Lebanon, or any other Arab country.

The Muslim world has missed every opportunity to make peace with Israel. When a Muslim country and brave leader did make peace with Israel (the late Egyptian President Anwar al-Sadat), he was assassinated by Iranian-backed group.

It's time for Muslims to take accountability for their religion and culture. Stop spinning, and address the fact that the Muslim culture is one of the most oppressive and violent cultures, against its own people, and certainly against other cultures.

For those who believe that the extremist element in Islam is small, the numbers are staggering. There are 1.2 billion Muslims in this world. Lets take a very liberal view that only a very small percentage of Muslims are exterme, while the rest of the Muslim world is very peaceful. So if only 10% of Muslims have extreme point of views, and may be a threat, and must be dealt with, meaning dealing with 120 million Muslims! How about 1%? Then you must deal with 12 million Muslims. How about 1/10 of a percent? Then you must deal with 1.2 million Muslims. The numbers are staggering! How do you propose dealing with even the "very low" figures of 1.2 million Muslim extremists?

Israel must be given the opportunity to continue the work to destroy the terrorist group Hezbollah up to its leader. It would be to the benefit of Lebanon, Israel, the Middle East, and the World to rid of Hezbollah, Hamas, the Syrian and Iranian regime. It must be done to finally have a chance for peace in the region.

It's all part of a chaotic, incomprehensible, incoherent policy of the Bush administration on the Middle East. The way things are being muddled about, there's a real danger that it will engulf the entire region.
