Its just a theory. Everything about the universe and everythings creation is just Humans trying to theorize about it. Scientists always find something that stumps them and just have to think up more theoretical explanations. You need to look up and read about Michael J. Behe, a professor. He wrote a book called Darwins Black Box.

It's stupid to believe that things on this earth so wonderfully made just appeared out of some kind of primordial soup. Flowers? the variation? The earth distanced so perfectly from the sun? Why it has only happened to earth and not another planet? How our brains have the ability to store an indefinite amount of knowledge, we just CANT because we dont live forever.

God excercises his active force to keep the universe in balance. If we were 30 feet closer to the sun, we would have wild weather swings and all kinds of crazy things. We are right where we need to be to be able to exist.

read this too.

You know, coping an attitude about it is not going to win you hearts and minds, its just going tick people off.

There is plenty of evidence for evolution, more so than the existence of an atom. But the best you can do is present your case, understand people's objections and try to answer them.

I think many people who do not believe in evolution do so not because they are "stupid" or that there is "something wrong with them" but because their spirituality fulfills needs deeper than the need to understand the natural world.

There is nothing wrong with this, and people are entitled to such beliefs.

Take the high road in this debate, not the low road. Tickle the mind, don't hit below the belt.

quote =beedaduck = "Animals adapted to their environment"

That's called evolution

beedaduck: They adapt to their environment, then over many generations they become even more well adapted, causing permanant change. For example, giant mammoths swim to an island, on this island there is less food and less space. The giant mammoth adapts to it's environment by eating what it finds on the island. Over generations the smaller mammoths survive, because they don't have to eat as much. Pretty soon you have a new species of mini-mammoth on the island, that is found nowhere else.
Can you provide an example of why evolution doesn't exist?

Evolution hasn't been proved.
It has been an acceptable theory by scientists for centuries because they cannot explain it with any evidence.
Darwin's theories for example are based on observed differences and not genetic or hereditary facts.
The animals he observed adapted to their environment.
Any correlation from fossils to present day species is opinion and conjecture.
And there is nothing wrong with me.
Everything was created for a purpose.

Have you considered the theory of evolution to be a person's religion?

Really, evolution is so obvious around us. It will be interesting to see how the theory itself evolves.
