Conciliation Court/Small Claims Court. But that takes time and everything else I would suggest is against the law. Go fill out your claim papers and see if you can have them expedited so it speeds up the process. Then remember this saying in the future, "Never a borrower or a lender be". This one woman had enough gall to ask me for $15,000 so she could pay her marker at a casino or else she would be in trouble. Here's what I said, "ha ha ha ha ha".

spoil into their abode and thieve something as a lot because the quantity they owe you and take it or promote for the debt!! ( joking) relies upon on how large the quantity they owe me, if it replaced into an in intensity chum i could merely write it off yet when it replaced into only a honest climate chum or aan acquainance i could keep on at them til they paid up, per chance advise they pay in instalements to make it more effective achievable for them. i could favor to get the money back so any way i could imagine of to assist them with the intention to target this the more effective acceptable

You can do as the other suggested and take them to small claims court or you can beat it out of them. Either way...take it as a lesson learned and don't loan money out!
