get a warm honey beige colour for your skin a light weight makeup like mabelline
get a rose blush smile and apply it o the fullest part of your cheeks
apply brown mascara for day black for evening same applies for liner. brown golds and greens are good colours for dark eyes. apply dark colour to your socket and like a white shimmery colour under your brow.straighten your hair and apply big rollers to make yor hair have a slight wave and oomph like the celebrities

Hey! I have black hair and a round face but big round eyes! Cool, so.. do what i do. use Loreal autumn leaves eye shadow palette.( Eckerd) and Wet and Wild earth toned blush ( Eckerd, Walmart) use a light pink sheer lipgloss or coral sheer lip gloss with an earth toned lipstick try Loreal products. Then use an oil-free foundation or no use bare essentials vist their website bareminerals.com. or use a shimmery powder that matches your skin tone. have your mom check if the powder matches your skin on your face. Use brown eyeliner and black mascara . For your hair take a shower every morning and then scrunch it with a curl reactivating gel. it will look sophisticated and cute! What could be better?! Hope this helps ya!:-)

You have to stick to natural colors - browns and black with your skin tone. Use a shade lighter than your natural skin for base and ruddy tones for your cheeks, if you use anything at all. It isn't always neccesary to use every type of make-up. Use brown on your eyes, black if you want a liner. Your lips should also have a taupe color. Look at pictures of girls with similar feature to you that wear make-up you like and try to copy their make-up. Go to your girlfriend's house and ask them to give you a make-over with their make up. They may not let you borrow lipstick but everything else is usually shared. Also get your eyebrows waxed by a professional beautician. Then keep them tweesed. Use black mascara on your eyelashes and clear on your eyebrows to keep them the shape you want.

I have occasionally seen women with this skin tone pull off some wild stuff like black lipstick or purple eyeshadow. It can work but I wouldn't start with that.

I didn't use make-up until I was 16, so I know how that is. ....I would just do a simple eyeline to the top lid only...then some neutral eyeshadow..and mascara.. and then some colored gloss.

These things are hard to mess up..They look classy, yet not overdone. =)

and try this site...

Take my stupid advice, don't ware to much makeup, let your young natural beauty show, just hi-light certain area on the face to enhance those features.
Use the Avon (Mark line)..... they are you teens, they work real good.
Curly hair are nice so is straight hair, keep it 2" below shoulder lenght.

Try this:
Use powder that your complextion, brush to apply it on.
black eye liner,
eye shadow, bronze/ copper/ shades of browns will look great.
lips- tinted lip gloss.........
and you good to go..
