Grab a paper bag and breath in and out of it for 5 minutes. Try and stay calm during the attack as getting aggitated can make it worse. After the attack try listening to some relaxing music. This works for me.

out of the situation and move to somewhere quiet and sit down and take slow deep breaths. they are scary when you are going thru the attack but this has worked for me in the past

SIT DOWN SOMEWHERE, BREATH IN AND OUT OF A BAG AND TRY AND RELAX BY THINKING OF YOUR COLOURS. MUSIC HELPS AS DOES YOGA. GET A YOGA CLASS NEAR YOU THIS WINTER AND IT WILL HELP YOU TO RELAX.
