Possibly. It is an oppourtunity for the man to get animal characteristics, however, it sometimes is not so simple. Possibly, if the gene or the collection of genes that acquires the feature can be transfered, then the feature can be implanted in man. There is some cases of transgenetic migration that made some collections of jellyfish genes to a pig. The pig was glowing in the dark.
