"I Drove All Night" is the name of a song recorded by singer Cyndi Lauper for her third album A Night to Remember, which was released in 1989. While the album was not as successful as her previous releases, the song was a Top 10 pop hit in the U.S. (her last U.S. Top 10 - and Top 40 - single to date) and a number one hit in other countries.

The track was originally penned for singer Roy Orbison. In 1987, the songwriters recorded Orbison singing two takes of the song, but nothing was done with the tapes until after Orbison's death. Roy's version, remixed by Jeff Lynne, would appear on his posthumous King of Hearts album. The track has since been covered by many others too, most notably by Céline Dion (number one in Canada and Spain, but only #49 in the U.S.). While Dion's version was charting, a version of the song by the group Pinmonkey also made the Country Top 40.
