Man will get exited, if his wife ask for sex by telling him to kiss, press, suck, etc. But women don't initiate. Is this the case in all the parts of the world?

well one could be that she doesnt wanna be looked as a hoe or slut because thats what some women think. if they act to bold the man will link that as them being that way all the time or maybe u should just open ur mouth and tell her i mean not in a mean way but work it in a convo yall have

Woman are genetically pre-dispositioned for a passive role in sex. Their brain chemistry is wired such that, when engaged in a sexual manner buy a man, hormones/neurotransmitters are released to cause them to respond in a sexual manner.
This does not mean that they can't or won't initiate, but its not uncommon for a girl to initiate sex rarely, but respond to sexual positively.

Does she have young children to chase after all day? Maybe she's tired.
Does she have a job outside the home? Maybe she's tired.
Is she over 48 or so? Her hormones are waning.
