There is a cirlce of liquid with some gel stuff on my sheets, a little got on me. Do I have to shower?

Yes you have to. Those gel-like stuff are semen that contains sperm. If ever possible, replace your bedsheet. Having a wet dream is normal.

um that would probably be sperm. If you want to be clean yes a shower might help.
