I heard many tricks to loose weight in the past. Tricks that can make you loose like 10 or 15 pounds per week and without doing diet or making so much exercise. Some may say that eating what we use to eat but eating it in small portions and eating oftenly during the day can provoque your metabolism to go faster and so loose weight but I dont know if it's true. The thing is that I need to loose 10 or 15 pounds this week and next week. Can someone help me with this. And of course don't say that it's impossible because it's not. And I know that some people know the secret. So go ahead and explain how to loose weight very fast!!!

You ABSOLUETLY need to NOT go along with one of those "tricks". Your body is so much more complex than drinking some diet juice or taking some pill. Losing weight takes time, and that sucks. What you should do is change your diet to foods high in antioxidants and vitamins. Drink more water than you can stand--it makes a HUGE difference. Once your body is rid of the things it doesn't need, you can lose the weight with (i hate to say) good excercise. Your body is the only one you have, so treat it with respect, and have a little patience.

You're not going to do it without a diet or excercise. South beach phase one will lose you ten pounds off your mid section in the first week or two. Umm, if you're dead set against it, they sell these body wrap things that you leave on for a while and it tones your skin and makes you look a little thinner? They're hella expensive though.

hello i know about the product which can make u slim if u wanna.
There must b various questions arising out of this abt the product in ur mind but dont worry it is 100% natural made out of aloe vera. There will b no side effects but u will only gain benefit out of it.
Since i m member of this co. which is FLP(forever living product) which is famous for aloe products.

well okay, since you don't want to diet, or exercise. And you don't want to hear that it's impossible, I'd say binge and purge, or go anorexic for a couple of weeks, that should do the trick.

lots and lots of water eat small and regulary very low calorie foods like boiled potatoes celery carrots popcorn(natural) grilled fish and chicken no dressings. eat no sweets or greasy foods and take cider vinegar tablets available from any good health shop they like burn fat

i believe that losing weigth involved dieting and working out ,and without this it is impossible to lose weigth.
