See your doctor before you try anything. I suggest a low-carb (zero carb) diet. Eat all the eggs, chees and meat you want but stay away from carbs. Also, excercise and take a multi-vitamin.

no. you can't lose weight like that quickly or safely. Your metabolism adjusts to how much you're eating. If you're only eating a little bit, your metabolism will adjust to attempt to make metabolize it more slowly. And short of surgery or an eating disorder (which is a VERY BAD THING) there aren't many ways to lose weight without diet and exercise, that will actually keep the weight off.
Just so you know, a safe amount to lose is 2-3 pounds per week, and that's without going into a serious calorie deficit.

It's impossible to lose so much weight in such a short period of time...you might collapse and die! But there are ways to lose some weight:
- Try eating a relatively heavier breakfast and lunch and keep your dinner light.
- Drink lots of water to help you feel full throughout the day. It helps you flush out toxins as well.
- Try eating according to your blood type. (For instance: If you are a Blood Type B person, avoid eating tomatoes and corn coz they cause you to retain more water in your body)
- Exercising is still the best way to lose weight...you could go for a sauna on days when you don't exercise

To lose 10 pounds per week without feeling hungry or exercising, you are going to need to start chopping off body parts.

It's really unhealthy to lose more than 2-3 pounds a week. I really wouldn't try losing more than that a week.
