how do you install a one peice tub surround ?

it don't seem like it's long enough it starts turning on the ends to soon ....seems to me.

Well, when you get a one piece surround, you get a preset size for the unit. They do come in different sizes, but once you have one, it's not adjustable. The only adjustment you have now is how you center it on your tub.
