Because all your 200 emails were reported to your email server as spam

Why? Because you sent out about 200 emails, and the server your email uses (yahoo, hotmail, or whatever) now considers you a possible spammer. Different servers have different triggers to catch this sort of thing. Keep in mind that if too many spammers use a particular domain too many times, that domain could end up on any number of blacklists that spam applications use as a reference database for spam control.

Only way to fix this is to contact whomever hosts the email address.

because some e-mail website give a limited amount of time like yahoo after 48 hours as soon u log off and need to refresh or try again.

to whom did u send 200 email do u pay for it if yes i think thats the reason for deactivation

Mine too... and Yahoo help keeps sending me to account verification who're directing me to bypass to yahoo help in an limitless loop. Tech help has no telephone extensive type and does no longer answer emails.

many mail hosts will do this thinking that your account was in use for spamming other people

if you weren't you need to contact the people that administer the mail server adn plead your case to them to get it re enabled

there may be limit to send mails.you can reactivate your account.
