I have no idea what make-up to put on! I have quite light skin and I have blue eyes. I have a few freckles and my hair is blondie-brown and is wavy. Please give me advise!!!

go with some base that matches your skin tone and then put a light light pink eye shadow with brown mascara and a light pink blush and then a glossy lip gloss

You probably have somewhat sensitive skin, if it is very fair. I would say stay away from pore-clogging foundations, and stick to a light concealer, and powder. It will give you the most natural look, without covering your freckles too much (covering freckles with makeup makes your face look heavy!) Blue eyes are gorgeous--and a GREAT way to make them pop is to try using golds, browns, and coppers around your eyes as shadows and liners. Yellows and oranges compliment blue. Stay away from black liner--go for a dark brown instead. If you have thin lips, try a medium flesh tone liner (be sure to blend!), with a subtle pink-nude color, and gloss. For fuller lips, try a softer matte nude.
Either way, your face is what you make it, so experiment. Don't be afraid to test out new things!
