Just this last weekend my Sweetheart got a stye. We treated it with ionic sliver (two drops on the irritated area every couple hours) ** note: do not use colloidal silver - it is not made for eye use**, damp warm tea bags a couple times a day and a homeopathic remedy called Pulsatilla Nig. 6X (4 tablets 4 times a day - adult dose). The stye quit hurting after the first application of silver and tea bag and about an hour after the Pulsatilla. The next day the swelling was down and today you can't even tell it was there. Give it a try!

wow wet tea bag, never heard that one, a sty is similar to a chalazion (much worse than a sty) doctor recomemded to apply heat, perhaps a facial sauna, or run the hot water in your bathroom sink place your head over and a towl over your head to keep the steam contained, also hot compresses (wash cloth with hot water) the heat is supposed to bring it to a head and well you know what to do from there. good luck
