I listen to the Air America Radio stations in California: 1360 am in San Diego, 1150 am in Los Angeles, 960 am in San Francisco. And if I'm in Oregon or Washington, I listen to 1600 am in Eugene or 620 am in Portland or 1090 am in Seattle. What they play is the truth. Its political, its real, and there are great hosts like Randi Rhodes and Al Franken.

I listen to Radio 1 on FM, they play all sorts of music but mainly what is happening right now, I love the banter between the presenters and the interacting with the listeners. I live in Scotland in the UK :)

I listen to my own Yahoo LaunchCast station while I'm at work, but in the car it's usually Q104 (NYC) or WDHA (Jersey).
It's mostly classic rock, but WDHA also plays new, alternative, metal or rock music.
I also sometimes listen to WBGO (88.3) in Newark. Excellent jazz station.
