we're all sons and daughters of God. unless you committed a really really grievous sin that you haven't confessed about, there's no real point in asking such a question.
but if you meant that you want to be the Blessed Virgin Mary, (THE daughter of God the Father, Spouse of the Holy Spirit, Mother of God the Son,) that's a totally different matter as there is only one Mary who was conceived without sin-- it was a grace given her by the Father, as she was to become the Mother of God.
if that's not the case, then you sure are one of God's daughters, the sister of Jesus among many brothers and sisters.

Yes, if you follow God's word in everything you do, say, advise & in all aspects of your life thru out your life in letter & spirit, you can surely be a loved daughter of God.
