Maybe I am, but it seems to me there are only so many times one can be expected to let distortions of arguments, personal attacks and inconsistently applied principles pass.

I can't really answer your question because I'm too focused on wondering what your next step is once you decide someone has exceeded your limit and you can no longer let that individual get by with it, or "pass."

Tantamount.

I refuse to answer a question with the word tantamount in it !!!

Changed my mind.

Evil is a strong word - but not a goofy word like tantamount. It is, perhaps, too strong to be used in the context of your question. Perhaps the people you speak of are merely highly annoying and do not possess some inate evil quality.

In the end, you are only wrong in the degree of your anger.

No your not wrong. But all give you two things to think about. If no one in the world cared or thought the world would be perfect.(I think this is true) Also the people you think of as evil are happier then you are.

Well hope I didn't tell you anything you already knew, but none the less I'd love to chat.

You're not "wrong", but you're not right either. I think Shakespeare said it best: "Nothing is good or evil, only thinking makes it so."
