I think there should be a competition & 10 points to choose best
question so that the quality of questions will be increased.This is
my suggestion to yahoo! answers authority too.

It is a subjective question.
To one needing the answer badly, it may be the best question.
To another one examining the question, it may be worthless to him/her.
