You have to be confident and have good self esteem. If you're looking at the ground ((because you think your shoes look weird or you don't want anyone to see your face because you forgot your eyeliner today)) people may notice you but they'll get the wrong impression. You have to be upbeat. Glance over at them, and if they glance back, hold they're eyes for a minute, and then smile and turn away. Usually they'll come over and talk or if you go over they're already getting up to come talk. Flirt with them, just don't do the hair flip thing. Some people when they do that look like they have a serious twitch. Just have fun, use body language, and if they come on tooo strong, make sure they know. You don't have to go out and tell them, but your body language and expressions could say a lot and they'll get the idea.

To attract most people just be yourself. Make sure you keep up with things that are going on in the world so you have things to talk about. Also, body language is a good way to express yourself.
