Well, I don't have any children. But I strongly believe that we won't be here long enough to worry about any of that. I am a Christian, and I feel the rapture is nigh.

The future is not as bleak as many think. The current "end times" are necessary in order to pave the way for better, more spiritual, and more progressive periods.

One thing that the future does not hold is any god-icon from a traditional religion emerging and starting a new government. None of the prophets of old were or are God Realized, which is why they are not here now.

What the future holds for our children and grandchildren:

1. The old false gods will be replaced with many true and nobler gods; kind of like how the fictitious Jedi are depicted, but more spiritually and telekinetically powerful.

2. The First Coming of The Original Creator who will manifest an unparalleled ministry of healing that millions at once will receive.

3. Following a period of strife and revolution, there will be a completely revamped government in many countries. A transition from largely corrupt republics, socialist governments, Islamic-fascistic theocracies, and communist dictatorships, to spiritual meritocracies whereby only the highly evolved are allowed in high positions; thereby keeping the level of corruption at an all time low. Leaders will no longer be of common spirituality.

4. A governmental acknowledgment of extraterrestrial civilizations.

5. An overhaul of the educational system, including a much broader and more enlightened understanding of ancient civilizations and cultures from this world and on many others.

6. The power of The Light Of The God Force on the Other Side will be harnessed and used like never before, ending the energy crisis completely and permanently. People will become autonomous in their access to free energy.

7. The basic human condition will be upgraded physically, socially, environmentally, sexually, and especially spiritually.

8. There will be a much greater freedom to traverse the stars and explore other humanoid civilizations.

I am not a gloom-and-doom purveyor. I am 62, 3 children ( all grown ) and four grandsons. I have watched our country and the world grow through the social upheaval of the 50's-60's&70's. I have observed as technology has far out-paced our philosophy, and I have marvled at the resilience and adaptability of humans from all countries and all economic and social structures.

I have learned that people all over the world have VERY similar needs and desires, despite their political and religious differences, and I feel this fact alone will eventually bring us to a 'middle point' where we will live in tolerance of each other.

Nobody likes war! It is an evil, despicable and ugly thing. But unfortunately, as long as there are those among us who would force their will on others, regardless of the reasons behind it, war will be a necessary evil. In our present time, there are radical people who have 'hijacked' religion in an attempt to use it for personal and political gain, and a large percentage of the population of the earth has been convinced that destroying the 'western ideology' is the only way they can achieve happiness. Reasonable people on BOTH sides realize this is a LIE...But the radicals push their agenda daily..convincing mothers to be PROUD that their son or daughter has martyrd themselves toward the goal of western ruination. THIS is a passing thing!...IT WILL BE OVER SOON!!

Mankind WILL solve the energy problem, prosperity WILL be available for the world's populations, we can LEARN to live in tolerance of others and the betterment of mankind as a whole will slowly but surely rule this planet. In the process, we may be forced to endure changes that will be unsavory, especially to we fat, spoiled and sometimes self-righteous Americans, but remember, mankind is resilient and adaptable. Truth is the most powerful force on this earth, and it WILL win.

A world without fuel.

But hey, I don't really care. I'll be well gone by the time grandchildren are around.

Maybe the world will self implode before then anyways!

Despair. It will be a dog eat dog world. I am already preparing my daughter for this, she is 9. But she knows all too well already that she has it harder than our generation ever has. With everything. So all I can do is pass on moral virtues and pray she keeps them with her to pass on to her own children. If only a few survive this downfall to our society, at least my daughter and her family will be one of them...

Cars and kids. Laughter and tears. Very cool motorcycles and high-tech video games. That's the way it if for my kids, so far, and it doesn't look as if things will change radically.

A very dismal, darkening world if we continue to follow this path. They'll enter a world with more problems then when they entered it.
