DOA is a medical term for Dead on Arrival.
that means you were dead when you entered a hospital via ambulance. i really doubt you've been DOA.

it is absolutely possible to enter hospital d.o.a,and then be revived through use of electrocardioversion.happens @ hospitals frequently enough to no longer be considered particularly unusual.happened to a friend of mine-perfectly fine now.
