the obvious choice would be GW BUSH and his whole administration, Including Blair, Straw, Ried and the rest of the UK cabinet.
but other things would be, ball point pens that don't work, shavers that cut instead of shave, traffic lights, call centers, telephones, mobile phones, just for starters.

Love your question... so many things but the one that springs to mind is umberellas, particulary the big golfing ones. I hate umberellas they don't keep dry, blow inside out and cause near fatal eye and head injuries.. there I feel better for that thankyou.
