This is a great question but unfortunately I don't think the two can be compared one is limited to pixels and programs and the human mind is only limited by our imaginations. Computers may only process what we have told it to. Lacking all creative license. The speed of the brain varies as well. The human mind is far too complex to compare to the otherwise lacking computers of today. It is like comparing an apple to a calculator.

I'm ADHD, so I seriously doubt any computer will ever process thought as quickly as I do... thoughts so fast that they're gone before I realize they were there!
