Throwing away 8 years of professional study is better than a lifetime of working in a field where you feel you will not be happy.

Yes, you should. And after you study for years getting your CPA and working your way up the ladder in some Big 8 company, then you will say that I am not fullfilled. I think I will try my luck at being a teacher. Maybe you should just skip the entire accountancy part and just go right into being a teacher? as they say, those who can't do, teach.

Do you know how boring accounting is? I would seriously think about that before you make any rash decisions.
