it is madness that iran's president does say that israel should be wiped from the face of the earth,. what is his problem? israel does not have that much land. however, lebanon has been allowing hezbollah to live in lebanon, and to launch missiles from the lebanese territory. israel would not be invading lebanon now if this were not so.

There are about 17 diff communities living in Lebanon, the govt should have used the peace time btw 93-96 till 2006 to arm the lebanese army with the req eqpt.Iran and Syria have a major shia population hence they support Hazbollah.I belive that each country shoudl take care of its people.Only the strong soverign Lebanese govt rulign with an adequately strong backing of a Lebanese army can stop Iran and Syria from helping Hazbollah in the future.

Unfortunately Lebanon, while striving for a stable, secure democracy within secure borders after many years of civil war, is but a pawn being used by Hezbollah, Syria and Iran as an ideological battleground to further their aims. This they are able to do at arms length as the Lebanese government has neither the military might nor the political or economic independence to prevent it. Sadly Lebanon is being used as a battleground by proxy by those with their own agenda.

Your statement that non Shia Lebanese want to live peacefully with Israel is entirely untrue.I lived in this region for a number of years and can tell you categorically that all religous denominations,in all the countries surrounding Israel would prefer it if they weren't there.Israel has never done anything except cause hostilities since its conception in 1948.They have demonstrated their volatility repeatedly during all that time and their genocide practice on Palestinians is proof they will stop at nothing to get their way.If you knew you had a maniac armed with nuclear weapons living next door to you,I'm sure you would also show a willingness to eliminate the probelm

First of all, you need to learn to spell properly. Second, you need to check into grammar education.
Hizballa is spelled Hezbollah
This would be the proper way to write your first sentence:
Can the Lebanese government do anything to stop Iran's interference and the rearming of Hezbollah?
The answer to this is no, they have to eradicate the Hezbollah guerillas. After they successfully eradicate those braindead idiots, they need to get the Iran leader out of power, however, they cannot do it alone. They will need the help of either the American or Britain military to do this. Israel needs to keep the fight and it wasn't Iran that said that they wanted to eliminate Israel - it was Hezbollah's leader. The braindead idiot is also tied up with the terrorist group, Hamas, and Hamas is from Palestine.
Get a history lesson.
There are times for a country to say, "We aren't gonna take it anymore." Stand behind Israel in their fight.
THANK YOU ISRAEL!!
MAY GOD BLESS AMERICA AND ISRAEL!
