I'm curious as to whom I'm supposed to be making payments to for my mobile home. Recently, I was told that my payments should be going to "DMV" because of the fact that my mobile home is NOT considered a "fixed dwelling". If this is true, then after all these years, doesn't the treasury owe?

Your joking? Right!!! No. it is Property Tax. Where I'm from.. Don't worry, it's not much. The treasury owns our souls. But, our mobile homes are ours.. Until you don't pay your taxes and then it is the Treasury's.
