Vitamin K is actually made by bacteria in the gut, but it can also be obtained from:

Food-----------microgr/100 g
Spinach-------240
Lettuce--------200
Soya beans--190
Cauliflower---150
Beef, liver-----100
Broccoli-------100
Cabbage------100
Wheat bran----80
Wheat germ --37
Beans, green--22
Asparagus------21
Potatoes--------20
Peas-------------19
Carrots----------15
Strawberries---13
Beef, mince------7

The site says that gut bacteria probably account for about half of our needs.

Edit: Note that oranges and carrots contain only a relatively small amount of it!

The foods that contain vitamin K are mainly in the leafy green vegetables. Green, leafy lettuce, spinach, seaweed, turnip greens, parsley, asparagus, broccoli, collards, kale, brussels sprouts and cabbage.

Vitamin K can also be found in Alfalfa, cauliflower, liver, cheddar cheese, soy and egg yolks.
