This is confusing, If the first day of your last period is 24th May, then you are 10 weeks pregnant, if the 24th May was the last day of your period, then you are 11 weeks pregnant.
If you have already had an ultrasound, you may just be carrying a small baby, maybe the baby is measuring like a 9 week old size instead of 11 week.
When I did my Ultrasound I was 12 weeks pregnant but the doctor said the size of my baby was measuring 13.5 weeks, which means it is on the large size.
Here is a link that may help you.

count back 3 months from your first day if your last menstrula period and add a week!

Also... you can get pg 7-14 days after your period so... so we will pretend you actually concieved on June 7th at the latest, You would be 8 weeks... and your baby's gestational weeks would be 6 (they are always 2 weeks behind mom's weeks)... so it is somewhere between your last menstrual period and 14 days after that you concieved... u would be due somewhere around March 8th..

according to your count you're 11 month's preg. The doctor's counting may be a little miscalculation. In any case you should better be bothered about your food and dietery habits, rather than counting weeks.

That's normal maths in 'modern medicine' 40 weeks, you get the first 2 weeks for 'free'.
