Yes, as a matter of fact I had the same problem with Charmin.
Try White Cloud - soft as a baby's bottom and no fuzzies!

In our bathroom at work, the fan grate becomes completely clogged with fibres off the stoopid Charmin. I won't buy it anymore... is that chit in my lungs too??? Who needs asbestos when we have Charmin!
