The above sites will work for u..I guess,
but here is how- pretty easy- just first make sure u check the content of the cartridge before starting, u need some prinitng ink, sth to insert with and a steady hand:)
insert the ink slowly and always a bit less then it says on the cartridge, a test page will be needed...:)
Refilling a cartridge more than 2 times most probably will damage quality, so consider buying one too- some come up pretty cheap

I would not advise doing it. People run into all kinds of trouble. TRy ink4jets. It is almost as cheap as refilling.
