What happened to "The One"?

I watched that show a couple of times, but now I can't find it, did they cancel it or something, what night is it on?

It was cancelled. There were too many similar reality shows on at the same time and it wasn't getting enough viewers.

They've sold all the episodes to Mexico where it's known as "The Huen".

But don't worry, there's a new follow-on series being shown in autumn called "The Two".
