Things to check...
Be sure the PC you can not see has a valid IP address
Make sure it is part of the same workgroup as the others
Try pinging the PC
If you can not reach it by host name, can you see it by IP?
Check your router to be sure that it has the missing machine listed in its DHCP table
If all else fails, assign it a static IP address and add it to the host file of the other PC (in fact, if this is a small network that does not change often, using static IPs and adding all the PCs to the host file will speed the network and make it more stable)

hm well ur question is not very clear, the peer2peer is on an internal lan or external? I mean is it on the internet or not? if you are behind a firewall or router, then most likely this will cause the problem, then you will need to setup NAT, if u r in an internal network, u should check if u can ping the other computer (open command prompt and type 'ping 10.0.0.1' instead of the 10.0.0.1 the ip's of the other computers, if u have no lost packages, then u have at least a direct connection, but u should provide more info
