I have had a lot of experience.
In my opinion, Ukranian, Russian, Polish, French, Canadian, and Black guys had lenth and thickness.
Most Spanish and Italian guys I were with had lenth but a lot of them were curved or bent....
Irish guys I was with were usually long and thin or short and thick,...
I could go on and on but am interested in other peoples responses.

England: it is as simple as that...here is a funny story for you though...
There is a town called Ely that sits in the flattest part of England...Ely actually lies on the only rock in the area (called the Fens) and this rock is where one of the best Cathedrals in the world lives: this rock has been tested and is said to be a meteorite that fall several hundred years ago...
A by product of the radiation it still gives out they reckon that the men and massively endowed in both directions and the women are massive in the chest area too....
I have been there, and didn't spot any thing untoward in the lady department but it is a local folklore that has endured for 500 years!!

I think its men from European countries such as Germany, Sweden, Netherlands, Finland etc. European generally are bigger although I think the chaps in the USA are on the larger side, but they are mostly related to Europeans anyway. I don't think there are any hard rules on this (no pun intended) I would have a look on a search engine

without taking a random sample of the entire world's population, and having each person take precise measurements, (when erect, since that's the only time size matters) you'll never really know. everyone will simply attest that theirs is the biggest.
