I totally disagree with you on both counts.
1) If I'm a computer programmer, software developer, web developer, etc. then a computer is what brings in the money for me.
2) Sex releases the much needed hormones and chemicals which adds a glow to the skin.
Sorry but your hypotheses are definitely unsubstantiated.

Anything in excess is a danger. Spending all your time on computer and doing nothing else is wrong. Similarly if one has too much of sex with too many partners then naturally the skin will rot. This is nothing new but abstaining totally from computers and sex also is foolishnes. One should enjoy everthing in this sweet life within limits and then it will be the happiest moment at that , that point of time.

actually, people who are computer savvy make a lot more money than people who aren't. as for not having sex to have good skin...
what's the point of having good skin if you never show it off?
