BAGHDAD, Iraq - American soldiers took turns raping a 14-year-old Iraqi girl, and one of them put a bullet through her head after killing her parents and 5-year-old sister, an Army investigator testified Monday.

The attack followed a session of whiskey drinking and card-playing during which five soldiers plotted the March 12 assault, criminal investigator Benjamin Bierce said.

why a 14 year old girl? girls there are not 14 like in america, they are more like 11 or 10 mentally because they stay at home all the time and dont have much contact even with their peers.

So what is your question? We all know it is wrong. What is your point other than to rehash what has already happened?
-->I was just wondering if it was justifiable, because this isnt the only time it has happened. It happens every one or two years. Girls as young as 11 or 8. Why are they getting away with it if it wasnt justifiable?
Marines go through a lot in training etc, maybe their jobs have messed up with their heads (the suspects, I mean)
They fight for your freedom and you still want them to be shot?
Isnt it sad for both cases? The victim and the 3 marine guys.

These soldiers should be put into jail for the rest of their lives and be made go without anything at all for at least 30 plus years of that time!
Killing them would be letting them off the easy way.
It is just another thing that the american soldiers have done, and I personally am sick of hearing about how they get away with so much of this sort of thing.
If it was any other country the americans would be yelling and screaming blue murder, yet they do the same thigs and expect no-one to say anything.
