Not love exactly, no.
She's a woman in a testosterone-soaked world, denied her wedding night and becoming uncomfortably aware that there's more to the world than dreadfully dull heroic types like Will. besides, she and Jack have always had a primal attraction to each other, and the lure of the "bad boy" is exceptionally strong when you have a bad boy as utterly charming as Captain Jack Sparrow - the compass was telling her that "what she wanted most of all" was Jack, but that doesn't necessarily equate to her being in love with him - she just wanted him very passionately at that moment - him and all that having him would mean for her.
And of course later, there was part of her that was telling the truth, and part of her that knew only she could save the crew of the Pearl by forcing Jack to be a hero for once in his life.
Must admit, I hope in episode 3 she follows her instincts and goes off with Jack rather than settling for Will. But I guess we'll have to wait and see...

I don't think so, although we're expected to believe this.
When Elizabeth kissed Sparrow it was simply to distract him so that she could chain him to the boat. Will Turner saw this but didn't necessarily interpret it correctly. This being a Disney film, there is be some acknowledgment of her attraction to the pirate *lifestyle*, but she will likely wind up with Will in the end. Whether they end the third film as fine, upstanding citizens or as a colorful pirate couple remains to be seen.

No..she kissed Jack..at the end to "tie" him to the boat..so the rest of them could get away from Davey Jones...In the last movie Kiera and Orlando get married in the last movie..
I understand no one could resist Johnny Depp's Character...but you could never ditch Orlando Bloom

No, she conned Jack so she could handcuff him to the doomed ship. She saw him as a constant threat so she wanted him to go down with the ship. That's why she kissed him, it was an act. Pirates 3, I'm sure, will "heal" the relationship b/t "Elizabeth" & "Will."

I don't think so on either count. She was tricking Jack Sparrow, who thought he was irresistable, so she could cuff him. Her lover saw her, and thought maybe she had, so there's an automatic subplot for the next movie.
