as you probably know there is a severe and growing shortage of nurses and doctors in countries with the population demographic known as baby boomers eg the usa, canada, japan, germany, france, england etc. these countries will welcome you if you can pass the oral and writen tests. taking a history correctly is a biggie in the orals, as well as knowing the laymen terms for symtoms, conditions and treatments.

Without an education, in todays world, it is extremely difficult to find a 9 to 5 job making that kind of money (I'm in Arkansas; 50k a year for a fun job that requires not much schooling is, unfortunately, almost unheard of) In your situation, invest. If you're charismatic, take up a sales position. Sales commission would be based almost entirely up to your own motivation and little off of schooling, although there are specialized salesmen like chemical engineering salesmen that get paid *TONS* of money if they're good at it, although that too requires a difficult degree. Other than that, if you love sports, and wouldnt mind going to school for a pretty easy degree, you could become a coach. Most universities make you take classes for a few years, and then student-teach (which you would need to student coach under a highly successful head coach in your area to teach you successful tricks of the trade) As for the computer field, I know a bit because my brother is a computer engineer. Positions that will pay a bit will require either a good degree, or require extensive knowledge in programming (and I'm not talking about VB--- I managed to teach my goldfish how to program in VB) Computer tech generally doesnt require much education, but it can provide an opportunity (although a fairly small opportunity) to move up in a company's ranks without that degree. Although, it can go back to you starting your own computer repair store and taking that sort of entrepreneurial risk. Good luck. I hope these are decent ideas and feedback for you. -Trevor
