It bugs the hell outta me!!! Shows like "next" and "date my mom" and even "how do i look?" ....just about every single show that claims to be "reality" has actors on it, reading their lines. Why?!!!

Tell ma about it. They have the name realityTV but sometimes, producers have to refrain the "real" nature of some participants or sometimes boost their nature for ratings' sake. Which is a shame, cause it now becomes so boring, and so unusually fake, that it's worse than a simple scripted movie.

because they think it will make the show more "real" i guess. i just don't watch them. i think the same as you do, i find something else to watch or i clean house or watch a movie or read a book.
