Can we play PSP Games on Playstation 2 platform because there are many sites that allow you to download the psp games but i am not sure if they work on playstation 2

No, those sites offering PSP downloads are illegal copies, these can only be played on a PSP with firmware 1.50 and some other special software.
The PSP and PS2 are 2 totally different machines, different hadware and programming is needed. While they may have games that are similar they are as different as a PS2 and a Gamecube.

u use the usb connector how would a umd go into a ps2 idk so just use a usb cord
