i would love to see them run wild. i was just curious as to what states have them. we dont have them here in good ol michigan

There are 4 bands of wild appaloosa mustangs in Eminence, Missouri. They can be seen on the Cross Country Trail Ride in Shannon County.

Rocky Mountain states. You can get more information by contacting the BLM - Bureau of Land Management. In Wyoming when I lived there the BLM had round-ups and adoption of mustangs in order to control the population. Have fun.

There are about 25,000 wild Mustangs in the United States. About half of those are in Nevada.
